WHO WE ARE
The Road Kings is a cocktail mix of musicians with diversity that is as broad as the music they play. When you hear the dance and party tunes that The Road Kings are becoming known for, you would never guess the musical background of the individual artists. Lead vocalist, Shane Douthwright spent 25 years performing Bluegrass music and winning multiple vocalist awards in the genre before taking on his role in The Road Kings. Marcel Duplessis has been featured on bass in some of the top Bluegrass, Country, and Acadian bands in NB for the past 25 years. Guy Godin has been found playing lead guitar and mandolin with bands and artists from a variety of genres for many years. Jeremy Hebert has kept the beat on drums for a diverse range of genres for many years as well. This combination of musicians creates an exciting party atmosphere that will give you songs ranging from Rock to Pop to Country and Oldies all with that tint of traditional music that gives The Road Kings their unique sound and style.
